There are no SPEAKER’S NOTES as today was a business meeting. But below are some announcements Tina Kirschman and Tracy Eastman are co-directors of Community Service. They would like some input from the group as to possible new ideas for community service this year.

Mark Hutchinson announced as Director of Vocational Service that we may have a vocational tour of the new OSF facility up on Hwy 173 and Forest Hills Rd. in September.

The following is a plea from Joanne Blaser:

As you know, my Grandson, Jonathan, has Muscular Dystrophy. This past year has been life changing for him. In March, he had surgery to help him breath better (a ventilator), and to get more nourishment via a feeding tube. He is much more comfortable now and has gained a little weight (he was down to 60 lbs.)

MDA has caught up with me again - I have to turn myself in on Aug. 6. (I'm on "work release" to raise my bail) If you can help us out again, Jonathan & I would so much appreciate it -
